How can I cancel or refund my exhibition ticket?

We regret to inform you that refunds are generally not available. However, we do offer refunds under certain circumstances. As an alternative, we can provide a voucher which you can use to schedule a new visit at your preferred time. Please contact us, and we will promptly issue a voucher if eligible. It’s important to note that rescheduling is dependent on the availability of timeslots, and we might not be able to accommodate your request if timeslots are fully booked.
